The competition was tough, the judge's deliberated and the winners of this year's Project Red Dress are...  

1st Place - Rosie Kohlmeier, New York Fashion Academy

 
2nd Place - Maria E. Canada, Seattle Central Community College
3rd Place - Lyndsey Hayes, Art Institute of Seattle
